Choose a plan based on how much your team publishes. Every plan includes drafting, source checks, approval and channel copy. Copytaster opens soon; these are our launch plans.
Try the desk on one topic and see a checked piece of your own.
One writer with one publication, or a steady run of one-off pieces.
A team running a few publications, or one with a bylined series.
A marketing or communications department publishing across brands and authors.
On a paid plan, go past your monthly pieces and each extra piece is $5. Nothing stops mid-month. Need more publications, topics or seats? Move up a plan; nothing you have made is lost.
Every plan includes the complete Copytaster workflow, and you review your own pieces. Our human editors are not part of any plan; add them whenever you want another pair of eyes.
We set up your desk with your team: your brand, the voice for each byline, your topics and sources, and your first issue run together.
A recurring article series under a named author. The author approves the voice before anything carries their name, and every piece gets the full argument check.
A piece turned around faster than its usual schedule when the news will not wait.
Our editors run the desk for you: they choose the lineup, work every check and hand you an issue ready for your approval. You still approve before anything goes out.
A daily brief, a weekly brief and a bylined series, run by our editors under one agreement.
The complete workflow, run by you. Your brand and voice set up once and used on every piece. The fact-check on every factual claim, with the source passage beside it. Your approval before anything goes out, and nothing posted on your behalf. A full record of every check, edit and decision. No byline without the author's consent. Your material is not used to train AI models.
Anything you approve: one issue of a recurring publication, or a one-off article, blog post, LinkedIn post or white paper. The channel copy made from it, its LinkedIn and X posts, newsletter teaser, show notes and the rest, is part of that one piece. Drafts you discard do not count.
No. A recurring publication is a series with its own topics, schedule and audience. One-off pieces come out of your monthly allowance and need no publication slot.
No. Plans are the desk itself, and you do the review. Guided setup, a bylined series and a done-for-you desk add our editors when you want them.
Pieces made on the Free plan end with “Checked with Copytaster”, beside the AI disclosure. Paid plans carry the disclosure only.
Yes. Move up or down at any time; the new plan applies from your next billing month.
No. Every plan lets you set up your own desk. Guided setup is for teams who want it right the first time without spending the hours.
